Braden Ridgewell - Youth Pastor
If I am not here at Compel leading youth, you can find me coaching boys’ soccer at Coeur d’Alene High School, skiing at Lookout Mountain, frisbee golfing at Cobin Park or spending time with my amazing wife, Kinzie.
Having grown up in Coeur d’Alene, I am currently living the dream, getting to share the town I love and the Jesus I love with high school and middle school students. It has been my honor to serve the youth of our community at Compel since 2017. I have been able to see God working not only in my life but in our youth in such beautiful and inspiring ways. God is on a mission and every day He asks me to join alongside in the best adventure of my life. Whether at youth group on Sunday or Wednesday, at a local coffee shop (see my favorite below!), at the park or at my house, my prayer and intention as a Youth Pastor is to help students grow their own relationships with The Lord and help them to feel seen and loved by Him! With youth, I have learned there truly is no telling of what tomorrow may bring; but whatever it is, I’m in.
