Compel Youth
We at Compel hold firmly onto Luke 14:23 telling us to go out to the streets and Compel them to come in. The kids I do life alongside with come from all walks of life. Being able to daily meet them where they are at with faith that God will move in them when their time comes is what we’re all about. My job is to simply love them and invite them in.
Ecclesiastes 3 gives us a glimpse of what living life to the full spectrum looks like. Words that tell us that our time on this Earth will be full of varying emotions – things from healing and dancing to mourning and silence. It is important to me that these kids can experience life in its full spectrum in a healthy God-glorifying manner. And what a blessing it is for me to be there for them during the hard times and the easy times. To be there for them every step of the way as they experience this beautiful God created thing for us called “life”.
