Viktoria Erickson - Children’s Director
“I’m Viktoria Erickson and I am married to Nels Erickson, and we have two children, Charlotte (6), and Tommy (4). We have a very big extended family with many cousins, and this is where my heart to teach came alive as I began doing summer Bible camps with the cousins. God has given me a heart for children and a love for teaching them. Two days out of the week I’m a hairstylist at a salon, and I have such a passion to connect with people in my chair.
I am so blessed to be a part of the children’s ministry at Compel, where I get to partner with Michelle Tufford in coordinating for the Sunday school. We are using the curriculum, The Gospel Project, as it provides a more thorough study of the Bible for the kids, and for us teaching too.
It is a gift to pour into this next generation and give them an experience to get to know Jesus and grow in a relationship with Him. We have a great team of volunteers that share the same love and excitement.”
